Only unopened, sealed products in their original condition are eligible for a refund.
Vials that have been opened, cracked, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for a return or refund.

How to Request a Return

• Pre-Authorization Required – Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. We will provide an Authorization for Product Return (APR) number, which must be included with your return.
• Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refund Processing – Once we receive the unopened product, a refund will be issued within 2-3 business days.
