Order Processing

    Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the U.S. Postal Service. While delivery typically takes up to five business days, we have seen delays stretch longer for a few reasons. Some delays happen within USPS when packages are placed in the wrong bin, misrouted, or accidentally processed as regular mail instead of Priority or First-Class. These situations are beyond our control. However, we stay involved and work closely with our postal representative to help track and resolve issues when they arise.


    We have also seen delays caused by customer address errors. Missing apartment numbers, incorrect street names, or incomplete addresses can cause packages to be returned or significantly delayed.

    Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Making sure your information is complete and correct helps your order reach you as quickly and safely as possible.
